M7 Coilovers

When we started engineering the M7 Coilovers, there were specific design issues that we wanted to address. Our other goal was to build an excellent shock at a very fair price point . . . and we believe we've done just that and more.

Issue #1: Dynamic ride and handling capabilities with exceptional compression and rebound control.
Issue #2: Knobs that are easy to adjust without removing the coilover from the suspension.
Issue #3: Class-leading performance at an affordable price.

The M7 Coilover System is a mono-tube, nitrogen gas pressure shock. The coilovers feature 15-position compression and rebound “click” adjustments, plus height adjustable settings. Addressing our design issues, we made sure both the front and rear adjustment knobs are extremely easy to access, plus the adjustments are easy to feel with the “clicks” so you know exactly what’s going on. The shocks are clear anodized aluminum that gives them a matt silver look.

Spring rates were chosen to give outstanding drivability both on and off the track--240 lbs. front and 280 lbs. rear. We also offer custom valving and spring rates ranging from 230 lbs.-900 lbs. Keep in mind that custom orders will add extra time for delivery and an additional charge for the custom valving and springs.

H-Sport Rear Sway Bar

Arguably one of the most noticeable modifications an owner can make to his or her MINI is the replacement of the stock rear sway bar with an adjustable and larger diameter bar. 1FastMIN is proud to offer the full line of H-Sport rear sway bar applications to fit your personal driving style!

Replacing your stock rear sway bar with one of the H-Sport bars will greatly affect your turn-in and cornering abilities. Each bar offers a larger diameter over the stock bar with 3 adjustable stiffness settings and comes complete with polyurethane bushings, bushing brackets and 90-degree zerk fittings for easy lubrication. By tying the rear wheels together via the sway bar, you can manipulate the way your car rotates around a corner. Do you notice the understeer that the MINI comes equipped with from the factory? Dial it out with a rear sway bar! This modification is a MUST for any driver looking to increase handling capabilities on a favored canyon road or shave some seconds off from track times.
H-Sport Front Sway Bar

Just like the rear sway bar and the rear wheels, the H-Sport Front Sway Bar will tie the two front wheels together to give the driver more precise steering input via two adjustment positions. The addition of one of the H-Sport Rear sway bars must accompany this modification in order to dial out the additional understeer that results from adding the front sway bar alone. The H-Sport Front Sway Bar (Sport) comes complete with polyurethane bushings, bushing brackets and zerk fittings for easy occasional lube.
H-Sport Rear Control Arms - Lower Only

This is a must for lowered MINIs! Lowering your MINI will affect the suspension geometry of your vehicle often adding more negative camber to the rear wheels. This results in poor handling (increased understeer) and uneven tire wear. While newer MINI models have the ability to adjust camber, the range of adjustability does not compare to that of the H-Sport Rear Control Arms (0° to - 4°). When used with the H-Sport Front Camber plates, the Rear Control Arms will allow you to customize your alignment settings to fit your personal style of driving.

Each Link is simply adjusted by loosening the lock nuts and then rotating the hex center for more or less camber. The Rear Camber Links are designed and tested to suit any street or track environment. Each Link comes fully built from H-Sport and is pre-set to the stock length. With the Links pre-set to the stock length, you can then use that camber setting as your new baseline. The Links themselves are made up of two tubular steel outer arms with a billet aluminum hex center. The polyurethane bushings can be greased by utilizing the zerk fittings at each end.

This set of two control arms to replace the lower stock control arms will adjust rear camber.

M7 Super AGS

Like many owners out there, we're sure that as soon as you got your R56 you ripped off the airbox and put a cone filter in its place. It definitely wasn't a bad idea, but here at M7 we wanted to take it to the next level.

Enter: the M7 Super-AGS

Adding another choice of intake for R56 owners, the M7 Super-AGS uses the open filter idea for better power and throttle response while maintaining a clean, OEM style appearance. Inspired by the intake system of a Porsche GT3 RS, the Super-AGS utilizes a massive rectangular filter design that features 1,134 in² of pleated filtering area. The box of the system is connected to the factory piping and MAF sensor via a smooth-walled silicone elbow.
M7 AGS-R
Our Price: $629.00

The M7 AGS-R is the best performing R56 Cold Air Intake system currently on the market. We have added tons of features to keep this system the best performing and best looking available. Here are some exclusive features that make the M7 AGS-R so special:

1. Composite construction minimizing heat soak of the intake box.

2. A properly designed intake tract allowing the air to speed up with no restrictive air-box interface. We also added vortex generators to minimize restrictive laminar flow. The filter will see the airflow across the whole 12" of filter media, not just a small portion of it.

3. A huge 12" dual stage foam filter with a 3" tube interface that will outflow any flow requirement the engine will ever need. The MAF interface of 3"OD allows for a perfect fit to stock components.

4. Simple "Knock-out sound ports" placed above the filter element allow the owner to adjust the volume of the blow-off sound coming from the engine compartment. With these three ports, the driver can experience the quiet stock sound or full out turbo-announcement (it's ok, we like making the neighbors' kids jealous, too).

5. After looking closely at the dynamics of pressure inside the box and possible pooling of water in a rain storm (or worse depending on your location), we decided to add rain/water valves in the lowest area of the intake box. As water enters the the intake box, some will atomize and enter the engine without harm and cool the intake charge (good thing). Larger droplets will accumulate towards the lowest area in the box and thus exit through the water valves due to the high box pressure.

6. We also kept servicing the engine in mind. The filter element can be cleaned and re-oiled by opening up the filter compartment at the rear of the intake box. Oil can be changed without removing the AGS-R. For spark plug service, just remove the AGS-R (two M6 button head screws) and loosen the rubber downtube. This is a simple process that takes no longer than a couple minutes.

7. Since the AGS-R is not attached to the hood, a Strut Tower Brace will comfortably fit right above the air box with no issues.

8.Either the M7 R56 Ram Scoop or M7 R56 Vortex Scoop will be a fabulous addition to this system in terms of style and air volume.

9. Heat is enemy numero uno under the hood of the R56. Since part of the AGS-R sits above the turbo, a simple but very effective heatshield is included with the intake. For those wanting a step above, we will soon offer an Aerogel-lined heatshield to futher defend against the heat.

10. The AGS-R is made right here in the US for quick availability and quality control.

11. We found that the changing from a simple cone filter to the AGS-R made a profound difference in how the car reacted to throttle inputs at both low and high speeds.

M7 Pre-Intercooler Charge Pipe

The M7 Pre-Intercooler Charge Pipe is a silicone hose that runs from the turbocharger’s outlet to the intercooler’s inlet, replacing the stock piping between these two components. The OEM parts were designed from the factory to silence any sound by breaking up the air path with restrictive piping.


With the M7 Pre-Intercooler Charge Pipe, the charged air coming from the turbocharger sees nothing but the smooth inner walls of the tubing and smooth mandrel bends allowing uninterrupted airflow to the intercooler.


On the dyno, installation of the M7 Pre-Intercooler Charge Pipe resulted in gains of 3.6 horsepower and 11.3 ft-lb of torque AT THE WHEELS!

M7 Front Mount Intercooler

Following the success of the DFIC for the R53, we here at M7 knew that the turbo R56 owners couldn't wait for such a great enhancement in performance. We took all of the great ideas behind the DFIC and brought them to the M7 R56 Front-Mount-Intercooler.


• The core is much larger in comparison to the stock intercooler. It's exposed to the entire opening in the front bumper thus allowing for better cooling ability, all while looking clean enough to be OEM.

M7 Rear Lower Diffuser Tunnels

M7 proudly presents to you the M7 Rear Lower Diffuser Tunnels designed for the JCW Aero Kit (R56 only).
Ever since the MINI was redesigned, a lot of doors for new products were flung open. Luckily for you, whether you're the fastest car in town or on the track, this means that an under-body diffuser system is finally possible without hacking away at a battery box, or relocating your exhaust.

Our rear lower diffuser system not only looks aggressive, but it helps your performance jump up another level. The tunnels redirect the high speed air flow under the car to transition smoothly into the low pressure vacuum created at the rear of the car as it moves forward. Smoothening out the air flow under the car helps to reduce drag on the vehicle while also increasing downforce.

The diffuser tunnels attach to your vehicle using special brackets that utilize pre-existing mounting locations as well as the rear bumper.
The M7 Diffuser Tunnels are available in two finishes: fiberglass ($699) and stunning Carbon Fiber ($899). The two smaller diffuser pieces of the set (located ahead of the rear control arms) are fiberglass for both finishes. The small center wing between the two large tunnels comes in black anodized aluminum for both finish options.


Please note BEFORE placing order:
- The AirTab vortex generators seen in some images were part of a pre-production prototype and are NOT available on the final production version.
- The center wing under the exhaust tips in the images is a pre-production piece. The final version features a black anodized aluminum wing as opposed to the silver one seen in the images.
- Shaping of the rear bumper insert is necessary. The tunnels were designed around the JCW Aero Kit and are not meant to fit the Standard Bumpers or OEM Hypersport Body Kit.
- Due to construction, the Rear Diffuser Tunnels are available for the R56 only. Installation on a R53 would require custom brackets, exhaust, as well as relocation of the battery box.
