M7 DFIC Aerogel Heatshield
Our Price: $99.00

Always trying to push the envelope with the latest technology available, M7 has created the M7 Aerogel Heatshield. Aerogel is nanotechnology with amazing heat rejection qualities, which is why NASA is also using this material in a variety of applications.

The M7 Aerogel Heatshield is a hybrid product that will both reflect IR emission and act as the best possible heat barrier. This custom made heatshield is specifically designed for the DFIC and will cover the area from the front of the plastic radiator shroud covering the radiator hose (which is a major source of heat) all the way to the edge of the sparkplug tubes. Side-to-side it will cover more than the width of the intercooler.

Nickel-plated grommets keep the heatshield securely in place. The top material is a woven composite that offers both heat rejection and abrasive resistance. The bottom material is the aluminized fiberglass blanket that is superior at reflecting IR emission, which also helps with the cooling effect.

M7 TESTING:
Control Surface: Aluminum surface heated to a final temp of 440° F.

Test Thermometer: Dwyer Instruments IR 450 non-contact thermometer.

M7 Aerogel Heatshield: After 5 minutes there were no appreciable changes in temperature at the upper surface. So we left the mat baking on the control surface for another 30 minutes. The results: 135° F on the top surface and 440° F on the bottom of the mat! Now that's heat rejection.

Note: The M7 Aerogel Heatshield does not work with the stock-style, top-mount intercoolers as it will prevent air from flowing through the core.

Applications:
'02 - '06 MCS (Must have DFIC or similar intercooler installed)
M7 16% Supercharger Technology Pulley
Our Price: $126.00

When M7 was looking to add a pulley to our existing product offering, we realized that it had to be better and have that M7 "out-of-the-box" engineering and mindset.

The M7 Supercharger Technology Pulley features a 16% reduction, in addition to a number of improvements over stock and aftermarket pulley designs.
On the belt-to-pulley interface, M7 has changed the geometry of the grooves, allowing the belt to be in contact with more surface area on the pulley. We also added shoulders to the outside of the pulley to help prevent the belt from walking off of the pulley surface. This in addition to our proprietary V-Groove surface treatment also prevents belt slippage. We also offer the option to add an OEM JCW Pulley belt to further increase the reliability of the pulley system. The overall result: better belt grip.

The M7 Technology Pulley offers an active cooling system that pulls in cool air through the holes in the pulley shoulder and a thermal surface barrier that helps keep belt temperature down.

So why choose a 16% reduction pulley? It is more than the standard 15% reduction and will provide better engine response. Once you incorporate the M7 2% Crank Pulley, your change of accessory RPMs will be even further within safe margins.

Applications:
'02 - '06 MCS
M7 2% Crank Pulley
Our Price: $146.00

After extensive testing on and off the track, M7 strategically decided on a 2% crank pulley. The beautiful design is a result of extensive computer modeling and CNC machining. A hard anodized coating was added to protect your investment from the elements and ensure a lifetime worth of use.

The lightweight M7 2% Crank Pulley assists in reducing rotational mass, which in turn increases horsepower, torque, and throttle response. Use this in combination with the M7 16% Supercharger Technology Pulley for maximum performance and boost yourself to the next level of MINI tuning and performance.

Weight: 0.990 lbs.

Applications:
'02-'06 MCS
M7 400cc Injectors
Our Price: $349.00

Designed specifically for high-horsepower (200+ hp) applications, the M7 400cc Fuel Injectors are the result a series of rigorous testing to give you top performance with no compromises.

The OEM MINI fuel injectors are rated at 340cc, pumping fuel at 80% duty cycle in a factory-tuned MINI Cooper S. Adding power mods (nitrous, pulley, etc.) will quickly take the stock injectors to and beyond 100% duty cycle. This may result in poor performance and possible catastrophic engine failure due to a lean, detonation-prone mixture.

M7 tested 440cc, 420cc, and 400cc, and found that both 400cc and 440cc gave us the performance gains we were looking for, while still maintaining a smooth idle and superb drivability. Our 400cc and 440cc Injectors are rebuilt OEM injectors, so they maintain the fantastic OEM fuel spray pattern, ensuring thorough fuel atomization for a clean burn, unlike many other OEM and aftermarket "squirting" injectors.

We have sold hundreds of these injectors without any dissatisfied customers, a testament to the superb build and performance quality of these fuel injectors.

Please Note: There is a core exchange charge for US customers of $100 per injector that will be refunded upon receipt of the customer's stock injectors. Note: corroded, pitted or broken injectors are not acceptable cores. A non-refundable core charge applies to all international orders, unless cores are received first.
The Jesus head
Our Price: $2,195.00

Revolution Mini Works has developed a head so good it's been nicknamed 'the Jesus head'. It's CNC'd cylinder head uses the best components available. Custom oversize stainless steel nitrided valves--made especially for the application--are used in every Revolution head. Titanium retainers, custom locks, keepers and dual valve springs are standard. Inconel valves are also available. In dyno the head has produced more than double the power gains of other heads on the market. Stay tuned for updates on custom RMW tuning for this head, and other RMW products.
